You can visit us Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. for retail purchases.

For wholesale customers:
The deadline for placing your wholesale order is 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Products will not be stocked outside of these hours. You can only pick up your products in a sealed box until 5:00 p.m.

Important : Clearance products may only be purchased in-store as wholesale customers with a prior purchase history. Retail sales of clearance items are prohibited.

Order Policies for Wholesale Customers Picking Up at the Counter.

Please be advised that starting in December of this year (2022), the following policies will be followed for the delivery of orders to our facility:

• The delivery time for counter orders is 24 hours during the regular season and 48 hours during the high season (March-April, June-July) as long as the order is settled or confirmed (payments at the counter) before 3:00 p.m. After 3:00 p.m., the order cannot be delivered the next day but until the following day (the day after tomorrow) starting at 9:00 a.m.
• During peak season (March-April, June-July), orders will be delivered 48 hours after placing or confirming your order.

Example of order before 3:00 p.m.:

-If the order is placed at 1:00 PM, you can pick it up at 1:00 PM the following day.

-If the order is placed at 10:00 am, it can be picked up at 10:00 am the following day.

Example order after 3:00 p.m.

-If the order is placed at 4:00 p.m. on the day January 8th , the customer can pick it up until January 10th starting at 9:00 am .

Orders placed on Fridays: Any order placed on Friday can be picked up by the customer until Tuesday of the following week, starting at 9:00 a.m.

Finally, please note that there will be no attachments to closed or confirmed orders.

If no confirmation response is received, the order will be canceled , and you will need to contact the company to either confirm the order or request a partial refund of the final amount.
