What is the shipping cost?
The shipping cost is $200 MXN for online purchases.
After making the payment, do I need to send a confirmation to a number?
No, after placing your order from our website, we receive a notification with all your information so we can send your package.
If I order today, when will my package be shipped?
We ship within 24 hours of placing your order, which is the time it takes for the courier to pick up the package. We have it ready in 2 hours, and the courier picks it up within 24 hours at the most. This does not apply to holidays; it only applies to business days.
What parcel service do you work with?
In order for the package to arrive on time and without damage, we work with Fedex and Estafeta.
What is Traabi and who are we?
What happens after I place my order?
Step 1
We receive a notification that you placed an order with everything you added to your cart and the payment you made.
Step 2
Pancho picks up each of the products from the warehouse and puts together your order with everything you added to your cart and the payment you made.
Step 3
We asked the courier for the waybill. We used Estafeta and FedEx.
Step 4
We pack your package and give it to the courier so that it arrives in approximately 5 business days.
